Oi!
One must thing to see in Rio de Janeiro is Pao de Azucar which is a famous mountain in the city with an amazing views all over the city and the coast!
We headed up on Sunday and luckily there were no queues anywhere and it felt like being on the top all by ourselves. In the first pics we snapped the view just after the first cable car before even heading higher and it was already so cool!
Then it was time to make the last ride to really get on top of the mountain and the scenery was just breathtaking! Its lot less higher than Corcovado so you can see the city with more details as you are little closer.
We had much luck with the weather as it was sunny and hot and there were no clouds!
Here is a little panorama pic that will give you and idea about how amazing place this was and what kind of views you can enjoy! Of course we had time to also snap few selfies ;D
Finally it was time to head down from the mountain and we figured that we have well deserved coconuts on the little beach just near by so thats where we headed next! The beach was popular with locals and we where almost the only tourists here.
The sand was boiling hot that it really burned your feet when running to the coconut stand and back! :D We had time to swim and lay in the sand for a good while before heading to downtown to catch up with one of my friends for some afternoon drinks!
But there are few more stories to come from this trip so catch you later ;)
Hey,
Before continuing with new stories and a whole new adventure year I wanted to do a little catch up about my travel year. It is so nice to return to all the good memories when going through old pictures. In 2015 I ended up living in three countries and visiting few new ones.
I think this year has been some kind of stepping stone for me to really start travelling and exploring even more than I have done so far. Sooo here we go..
Janury - March: Finland
I was living home last winter to be able to enjoy time with my friends and family <3 br="" nbsp=""> 3>
March - May: Paris
In March I decided that it's time to head to more warm location and I moved to Paris to apply to school in France and just get back to my favorite country!!! I loved the parisian spring and walked around endlessly with my camera. I have already posted so many Paris pictures that you can find in older posts.

All together this year was amazing and I'm feeling so grateful that I had chance to see so many places and meet so many amazing people! This taught me to focus on important things in life and let go of the painful ones.

May - July: Barcelona
At the end of May i decided that I need new adventures so I decided to head to Barcelona for the beach with one way train ticket. Train between Paris and Barcelona is one of my favorite memories from this summer and the best decision as well. I had never been to Barcelona before so I was so excited to get adventuring and exploring new city. Turned out that my summer holiday was 6 weeks long :D
July: Berlin
It was time to leave beautiful Barcelona but I was not ready to give up on the relaxed lifestyle and go back home so we decided to meet with in Berlin for 5 days with my mom to get me a slow landing to real life after BCN. This was so the right thing to do, I can still remember the frustration of having to put jeans on for the first time in 6 weeks :DD That tells you something!
July - September: Finland
It was eventually the time to come back home to enjoy times with my family and friends. I was feeling so happy to be back because home is amazing summer time!! At this point I didn't really have future plans but it looked liked t's time to study..
September - December: Barcelona
As you can guess, no study!! Life threw a curve ball and I got offered a job in Barcelona so I'm crazy as you know and took it to return to paradise life. This happened so fast that in three weeks after the phone call I already landed in Spain.
December: BRAZIL!
The best for last, this trip was not planned at all but when I had change I booked my ticket only two weeks before leaving. I maybe don't have to tell you again that this was amazing and really a dream come true. I was so lucky to enjoy the sunshine and tropic for a little while that I'm already planning my return..
All together this year was amazing and I'm feeling so grateful that I had chance to see so many places and meet so many amazing people! This taught me to focus on important things in life and let go of the painful ones.
Thank you 2015, it's time to say by and see what next year will bring!

Helloo,
It's been a little while but there are so many things happening these days! After I booked my trip I have started preparing for it and this week I also got sick so have been just spending so many days in bed being not able to do anything :(
The trip is only 1 week away but this time being sick and forced to take time for recovering and resting made sure I've had a lot of time to think. So today I realized something I want to share with you..
You know sometimes big this happen that turn all your life around and you feel lost of direction? Before this kind of things happen I've been so sure about who am I and in which direction in life I'm going that you don't really even think other options. Not before you have no choice but to do so.
For me this started last year when my long relationship ended and I returned to Finland. I was feeling devastated and I had no idea how to continue my life after this or what I would like to do. It took a long time before i started even thinking that I'm capable of doing things by myself and just for myself.
It´s just an amazing feeling to make on of your biggest dreams to come true and really start my own adventure and turn a fresh page in life.
And I'm sure there is no better place for me to go than to Brazil <3 br=""> Pics are throwback to most beautiful place that I've been so far, Corsica! I can't believe that it's already more than 3 years.
