Hello!
In March I did a little spring break to Poland more specially to Krakow to catch up with some friends.
I didn't really know what to expect since it was my first time there but I was happily suprised to find a cute little city fillid with historical feeling. And the best part the people who were super friendly and made my visit even more special!
You can really see the history in the city and some streets feel like you go back in time. There are so many cute little stores and details all around.
On my first night I did a free walking tour around the center and the jewish quartier to get a better understanding of the place. The tour was really interesting and our guide had many stories to tell about the city.
Less pictures from the nightlife but boy let me tell you there is a lot going on every night as the city is filled with students.
I also included a visit to Auschwitz to my trip which was very interesting and quite emotianal but i really recommend to visit there if you find yourself in Krakow.
Over all I really liked the city and would happily visit there again any time!
xx Tuija
Hi!
Just wanted to share an update about the next upcoming trip because I'm so excited!! Finally I have a chance to visit Saint Petersburg in Russia! For me Russia has always been very interesting but I've never managed to visit there yet.
Now I'm doing a quick stop just for the weekend 17.-19.06. but its definately a good start.
So if you have any tips/recommendations/must see places I would love to hear about them!

Oi!
It's been ages again since the last post but now its time to share few snaps from my last afternoon in Rio! I woke up very early to pack last of my stuff and enjoy the amazing weather before heading to the airport.
It was such a perfect day for the beach, blue sky and no wind so even the ocean was quite calm! The was no other way for spending the last hours then Ipanema. I enjoyed few coconuts and floating in the clearest water just thinkin why do I need to leave this amazing place.
Here I really saw how beautiful the world can be and it was real paradise on earth moment. It was feeling like this was a familiar place, just like home even if it was my first time in Rio. I've definately left a huge part of my heart to those beaches and in the city and I hope I can get back there soon!
You can imagine how hard it was to leave this view behind and go back to the hostel to grab my stuff!! There was a minibus that picked me up a block away from the hostel so I still had a little while to enjoy the neighborhood!
All smiles on the bus!! I do miss that tan omg!
One happy little traveler landed in Sao Paolo still in summer clothes! After it was time to board for the last flight of the trip with this gorgeous sunset, Boa Noite Brazil!!
Wakey wakey, i slept all the way again on the plain and pretty soon the was a familiar view from the window and I knew I was so close to home after what felt like ages. Barcelona is such a beautiful place and I was starting to get excited to be back again and see all my friends!
This is the end of the brazilian adventure for this time, I hope you enjoyed these pieces as much as I did and I definately recommend heading to Rio to write your own story and enjoy it too! I'm sure I will be heading back to Brazil for more adventures in the future but before that I will have new little things to share with you elsewhere so stay tuned!!
Heey,
In the last post I told you that my trekking accross the island was to reach a beautiful white beach called Lopez Mendez which was on the Atlantic side of the island.
Once I arrived to the beach I found few friends and sat down with them. It was the best feeling ever to get to the sea after spending hours in the jungle! The beach was unbelievable white and the sand was like powder! No wonder that someone has called it one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.
After everyone's siesta on the beach and swimming we decided to head back to the village which meant a short walk in the jungle to the previous beach to catch a boat.
We felt like not being in a hurry so we decided to take a slow boat which was set to take around 45 mins to get back. This gave perfect opportunity to enjoy the view and a little sunset! The feeling after spending all the day in the sun and now covered in sand watching the most beautiful sea was something amazing!!
Everyone just took their time to chill and enjoy on the boat so I could not help to think again how lucky I was feeling just to be here and have this experience.
Other night I also managed to catch a sunset on the village beach that turned the sky so pink! This was after a warm day and it was nice to just sit on the beach and enjoy the view!
Few ore stories from Ilha Grande still coming your way before heading back to the last days in Rio and some new adventures after!
